1.1| Cancellation & Returns
You have 14 days, from receipt of cancellable item/s, to notify us that you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the cancellable goods.
If the purchased item has already been received, you will need to package up the item and send it back to us within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel or exchange the order and return the product. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item to us.
Please also note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way while you are responsible for it, this includes when the product is in transit back to us when being returned.
1.2 | Non-Returnable Items
All our pallet furniture items are returnable unless they have been made-to-order to your specific requirements.
Items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable.
If faulty, you have 24 hours from receipt of item/s, to notify us. We will not be able to offer any kind of refund if you fail to notify us in this period. Please note, if we believe any of the items have been used by the recipient or any third party in this 24 hour period we not be able to offer any kind of refund.
2 | Damaged In Transit
We will always try our best to make sure your item is delivered on time and without damage. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit you must advise us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
*Please note we will not be able to offer any kind of refund if you fail to notify us of any damages within this period.*
Once we have been notified of your damaged item and once the item has been returned to us we will organise a replacement item to be sent out to you as soon as possible. We will not be able to offer any kind of refund until the damaged item has been returned to us. Please do not destroy or damage any item, even if it is faulty.
Please be aware that once goods have been accepted and signed for, you are responsible for them. If you receive a damaged parcel, you must either reject the delivery completely or check the item/s and inform us within 24 hours.
Please do not return damaged goods until you have informed us of the damage as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.
